Before We Begin...
The time before you embark on the LYV journey just as magical as during and after! There’s a sense of anticipation and excitement about the unknown. There’s also contentment that comes from knowing that you’ve made a commitment to expand into a new level of thinking and being in the world.
It’s not about changing who you are; it’s about becoming more of who you really are, at your core.
It’s about tapping into your truth and learning to trust yourself and your path.
The first step is to make your commitment and decide if you want to experience Living Your Vision in a group retreat setting, with your significant other or one-on-one. Contact me to start the conversation and ask questions about the process and its benefits for you.
Once you’ve chosen what version of LYV is right for you, you will receive a welcome packet that includes a personal LYV assessment.
When completed, your responses to the assessment questions will help us clarify your personal/professional vision. This assessment takes a holistic approach to your life. Because all areas of your life affect your ability to achieve your goals, the inventory addresses these areas from several points of view. The assessment also includes an optional business/professional series of questions, in case that’s a major area of focus for you.
In order to have the best results from your LYV experience, it’s advisable to allow for ample time and reflection to complete the assessment before attending the retreat.
As you do the assessment, you will probably find a number of specific desires come forward. This could be anything from recognizing that you want more balance in your life to becoming more deeply aligned with your values. As these ideas emerge, take note of them. They will help to form your intention – what you want to experience during the LYV process. Your clear intention will support you from beginning to end!
